MANAGER, EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

Under the direction of the Vice President, Quality Support Services, the

Manager, Equipment Management will provide supervision and technical

expertise to the Equipment Management Department to support operations

in Blood Services and Diagnostic Labs, ensuring regulatory compliance and

improved operational efficiency.  The Manager, Equipment Management is

responsible for a budget of $400,000 and has five direct reports.

 

 

SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST

Our client, an integrated healthcare delivery network, serving residents of

an eleven-county area covering Western Wisconsin, Southeastern Minnesota, and Northeastern Iowa, is in need of a Senior Marketing Analyst. The Senior Marketing Analyst will provide market research information to leadership, divisions/departments, and other workgroups

throughout the organization. The position provides internal marketing and

Planning consultative services to committees and departments. The Senior

Marketing Analyst is responsible for coordinating multiple small to large,

complex projects including working with proponents to identify the scope

and components of the analysis needed and assumes overall responsibility

for these projects. The analyst represents the marketing department on

system-wide committees and teams, develops and presents formal

presentations to these committees and teams. The position is also

responsible for recommendations and project management for Market

Research and Planning projects. The Senior Marketing Analyst works

unassisted with all levels of management, and provides guidance and

resources to other analysts. The position reports directly to the

Administrator, Business Development and works within the department with

other Marketing Analysts and Marketing Interns. The Senior Marketing

Analyst will work throughout the organization with various department

leaders and managers.

 

 

DIRECTOR, IMMUNOHEMATOLOGY

The Director of Immunohematology works under the Direction of the Vice President, Diagnostic Laboratories and in partnership with the Medical Director to direct and manage the Immunohematology Reference laboratory. The Director is responsible for the development and successful execution of business and strategic initiatives. This includes responsibility for managing the employees and financial resources as well as for ongoing and sustainable improvement in the areas of compliance, customer/employee satisfaction, and process control. The individual is responsible for approximately 7 employees and a revenue budget of $1 million per year. The expense budget including payroll is approximately $865,000 per year.   

 

 

MANAGER, DONOR GROUP RECRUITMENT

The Manager, Donor Group Recruitment is responsible for assessing,

developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to grow Blood

Services and marrow in line with business plans. The position is responsible

for directing Donor Group and Marrow Recruiting and is accountable for a

customer-focused culture resulting in increased donor loyalty and new

growth. The position reports to the Director of Business Development and

is responsible for managing six recruiters.

 

 

ACADEMIC FACULTY–MSN–PEDIATRICS
Responsible for classroom and practicum instruction as well as curriculum design, planning and implementation, and for the development and implementation of the Pediatrics course offerings in the nursing curriculum.  This is a one-year contract position and reports directly to the Dean of Nursing.  There are no direct reports to this position.

 

 

ACADEMIC FACULTY–PhD-NURSING ADMINISTRATION
Responsible for classroom and practicum instruction as well as curriculum design, planning and implementation, and for the development and implementation of the Nursing Administration course offerings in the nursing curriculum.  This is a one-year contract position and reports directly to the Dean of Nursing.  There are no direct reports to this position.
