Peter Flannery, President
 Prior to forming his own practice, Flannery & Associates, LLC in
2000, Peter Flannery was the
Executive Vice President of Wisconsin’s
oldest retained search firm. His
background includes fourteen years in the executive search industry as well
as several years working as a Human Resources Director for a world leading
medical products manufacturer.
Peter has managed over
350 searches in a wide range of industries including health care and
manufacturing. He has worked with some
of the largest health care systems in the country on upper level management
positions in a variety of functions.
Peter earned his
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Donna Daniels, Consultant
 Donna Daniels joined
Flannery & Associates in 2000 when the firm was established. She and Peter Flannery have
worked together since 1996 on over 200 searches in health care and
manufacturing. She has been
responsible for the recruitment of executives in finance, marketing and
sales, nursing management and operations.
Donna’s previous
recruiting experience was with the largest recruitment firm in the country,
where she managed a variety of projects in telecommunications,
point-of-purchase, manufacturing and health care.
Donna earned her
Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
